Job Description - Commercial Manager

  • Develop new business opportunities and implement strategies for efficient customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth customs clearance operations.
  • Oversee documentation processes, including preparation of import/export documents, customs declarations, and clearance permits.
  • Monitor customs clearance timelines and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
  • Lead and supervise the last-mile delivery team, including drivers and delivery personnel.
  • Optimize last-mile delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
