Responsible for estimating the cost of repair considering all factors, including damaged parts to be fixed,

insurance, etc.

Responsibilities :

Diagnose the damages, estimate the cost of repairs and define total payment cost.

Gather and verify all official /legal documents and ensure it’s approved before the vehicles repair.

Negotiate with insurance companies all related cost and coordinate with them on any inquiry that might

arise during the repair process.

Ask the direct manager for any difficulties or support.

Communicate with customers regarding any modifications or request that might arise during the repair

process.

Education:

Mechanical institution.

Experience:

3 years in a related field

Bilingual Required; Arabic speaker in Kuwait
