Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be skilled in proper coffee brewing techniques, customer service, and drink preparation.
• Ensure that all coffee beverages are prepared and presented according to company standards.
• Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques, and introduce new beverages or promotions to attract customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized coffee bar environment.
