Marketing Specialist

AudaCity Capital is a progressive and flourishing prop trading firm and trading education provider. We are based in London and at the moment have a team of highly trained properly trading professionals managing the companys extensive funds on our City of London based trading floor. The Role

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing:
• Plan and execute impactful email marketing campaigns to drive engagement clickthrough rates and revenue.
• Write compelling email and blog copy tailored to our target audience.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure timely delivery of creatives and maintain campaign standards.
• Set up Mailchimp campaigns and conduct A/B tests on automations for optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance using datadriven insights.
• Execute email campaigns for our PR list and conduct outreach for partnerships to increase brand awareness.

• Social Media Marketing
• Develop and implement an effective social media strategy for brand awareness and drive website traffic.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Plan and curate content for various social media channels including Facebook LinkedIn Instagram TikTok Twitter YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Produce fresh and engaging content including static images videos banners blog posts infographics and memes.
• Regularly manage social media accounts by scheduling posts engaging with comments and messages and monitoring trends and conversations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze social media metrics to track campaign success and make datadriven decisions to optimize our online presence.
• Stay on top of social media trends tools and best practices to enhance our social media strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand our reach and increase brand visibility.
• Work with the customer service team to address customer inquiries or complaints on social media platforms.

Ideal Profile

• Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in content marketing social media management and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for problemsolving and innovation.
• Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing priorities.
