Parts Dealer Sales & Operations Manager

Overall parts branch and sales operation control and supervision, support day to day sales activities, lead and

guide parts sales staff to achieve After sales set objectives.

• Contribute to achieve annual parts sales and profitability objectives covering all franchises.
• Formulate strategies to improve market share, revenue growth and network expansions.
• Initiate and recommend strategies for product promotions and for enhancing sales and market share
• covering all sales channels.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer service levels, deployment of best practices, CS enhancement.
• Coordinate overall parts branch sales operation to ensure operation excellence in line with AABC
• fundamentals, policies and guidelines.
• Identify new market opportunities locally and overseas for parts business development and expansions.
• Conduct regular market visits covering all to improve field sales coverage and market intelligence,
• customer relationship management.
• Conduct periodic parts retail price surveys against major competitors and analyze market competitiveness
• of AABC brands and suggestion corrective action and recommendation.
• Inter department liaison for cross franchise business development.
• Customer database management, perform integrated sales analysis periodically and develop strategies to
• improve sales.
• KPI settings for sales staff, monitor sales team performance, resource management, coaching and team
