Job duties include but are not limited to:
- To lead, develop, implement and manage all company quality related systems, standards and policies that enable KKD Company to meet food safety, customer, legal and regulatory compliance requirements across the organization.
- Work closely with the Food Safety Team for the implementation of quality procedures, training & standards.
- Apply and maintain best food safety practices while performing basic duties and responsibilities.
- Support the work of the HACCP team in developing the HACCP plan, process flows, hazard analysis charts and the monitoring and control documentation.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and participate in scheduling and follow-up audit of non-conformities until closure.
- Ensure final reports are submitted in a timely manner for selected internal and external customers and maintain support Quality KPI's and initiatives
- Support in the investigation of customer complaints and internal non-conformances, attend and participate in root cause analysis exercises and assist in closing out corrective actions and the issuing of the final report.
- Support Documentation reviews as required and assist in the artwork approval process.
- Conduct training session on selected subjects (especially Arabic speaking attendees.)
- Actively participate in writing and updating QA documents, procedures, instructions flow diagrams, graph charts, forms, specifications, COA's & Specifications, parameters, etc.
- Work with departments to help improve their systems and the integration of processes.
- Assist in external audit process, support the collection of documentation during audits and the close out of any non-conformances raised.
- Ensure that all information and records regarding test results are kept confidential to the company and are not issue to, made accessible to or discussed with anybody except for relevant authorized personnel.
- Respect and adhere to all KDD employee policies and procedures
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to the company Health & Safety and Environmental programes in the QA department.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualification:
Education:
Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
Degrees in Quality Management or Operations Management are also beneficial.
Work Experience: 1-2 years.
Required Professional Skills:
• Knowledge of different manufacturing techniques and machinery.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality metrics.
