JoynTrips is a dynamic group trips company specializing in providing luxury experiences for travelers worldwide. We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing plan and brand objectives
• Create, curate, and publish engaging and relevant content for JoynTrips social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Engage with customers and followers on social media, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team and cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Manage the social media budget, including planning and executing paid social media campaigns

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the travel or luxury goods industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create visually appealing content using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and engagement
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
