Supervisor - FGA

Supervising the implementation of work procedures in the General Accident Department under the guidance of the Senior Manager and the Director of Fire and General Accidents Insurance Affairs, ensuring that the approved company policies and procedures are implemented correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather & assess relevant background information related to clients and the subject that is requested to be insured.
  
  
• Prepare & issue FGA policies / quotations based on the risk profile received.
• Follow up with clients for General insurance renewal.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all underwriting paperwork to ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
• Enter & ensure that client’s information and insurance policies are accurate & updated on the system.
• Coordinate proper survey before issuing the policy and determining the appropriate premium

Requirements

• Good command to use different MS programs.
  
  
• Awareness of customer service and satisfaction concept.
