Talabat Supervisor/Contractor

Job Description

1. Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operations.
2. Driver Management: Supervise and support delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to schedules, traffic regulations, and company policies.
3. Cash Collection: Manage cash collection processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
4. Driver Recruitment: Recruit, train, and onboard new delivery drivers to meet operational needs.
5. Experience with Talabat Contracts: Previous experience with Talabat Contracts is preferred, with a strong understanding of their operational requirements and processes.

9. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, such as weather conditions, traffic, or delivery volumes.
10. Technology proficiency: Familiarity with delivery management software, GPS systems, and other technology used in the delivery industry.
