Job Description - Associate - Human Resources

Human Resources Associate provides support and assistance in the areas of operational support, workforce planning, assignments and talent acquisition, organizational cultural changes, HR policy implementation and duty of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the human resources department

  • Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of HR staff
  • Prepare, short listing, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and drafting offer letters
  • Ensure HR records are properly correct
  • Provides direct support to HR and company team
  • Prepare and review monthly social security payment

Requirements

  • Has good knowledge and experience in Human Resources

  • Presentation and communication skills
  • The ability to maintain control and meet with the deadlines.
