Installation Manager

• Manage all aspects of elevator installation projects from planning tocompletion.
  
  
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, engineers,architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  
  
• Develop and maintain installation schedules, ensuring adherence totimelines and budgetary constraints.
  
  
• Supervise and provide guidance to installation teams, including engineers,supervisors,
  
  
• technicians and subcontractors, to ensure work is performed efficientlyand to company standards.
  
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, andensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate thedelivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
  
  
• Review and approve installation plans, drawings, and specifications toensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  
  
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other projectdocumentation as required.
  
• Foster a culture of safety among installation teams, promoting adherenceto safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  
  
• Provide comprehensive training programs for engineers, supervisors, andtechnicians, ensuring their proficiency in elevator installation techniques, safety protocols,and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relatedfield preferred.
  
  
• Proven experience in elevator installation or a related field, with aminimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  
  
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and installationtechniques.
  
  
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  
  
• Leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing andmotivating teams.
  
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tobuild rapport with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  
  
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
  
  
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Software.
