Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our team in Kuwait. As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decision-making. You will work closely with various teams within the company to gather data requirements, create data models, and develop reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

1. Use Tableau to develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
2. Collect and interpret data from various operational sectors including manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
3. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
4. Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data.
5. Develop and maintain data models and databases.
6. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights.
7. Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data to provide actionable recommendations.
8. Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
4. Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
5. Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills.
