CADD Operator ABJ Engineering & Contracting Company

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To have experience in drafting of pressure vessel, Heat exchangers, column, reactors etc. on AUTO CADD. Know detail drawing (like Nozzle detail, skirt detail, saddle detail, ASME name plate etc.) knowledge, Bill of material, plate layout for plate Bill of Material knowledge. Additional knowledge of inventor and nesting software (like Sigma nest or Pro-nest etc.) is addon for us.

JOB OBJECTIVES

1. To produce accurate workshop drawings, section & detail drawings, and floor plans.
2. To maintain the currency of drawings in accordance with specific directions.
3. To help maintain an efficient & effective drawing service to internal customers and the external client and associates.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• A Diploma
• Drafting Knowledge
• AutoCAD
• Drawing Skills
• Discipline Skills
• 3 to 5 Years of Work Experience in a related field

Desirable:

• 1 Year of Work Experience in a Project site

ABJ FABRICATION WORKSHOP

Education, Skills and Experience (Structural)

Essential:

• Detailing of structural skids, platforms, etc., according to the client standards and specification.

Education, Skills and Experience (Static Equipment)

Essential:

• Experience in the preparation of accurate Main General Assembly of drawings and its detailed fabrication drawings, internal attachment drawings, external attachments drawings, shell development drawings and part drawings for static equipments, such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Tanks
• Experience in the preparation of Nesting plan/Layout drawings and Nesting Programmes of structural components like Shapes, Pipes and Plates.
