About the Client
A publicly listed company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and a prominent organization in the Hospitality, Food and beverage Sector, known for its strategic presence and contribution to the development of hospitality service within the region.

About the Role
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate HR Manager with expertise in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits management, with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will oversee HR functions in Kuwait and manage operations in Qatar, Oman, and Egypt. About You
An Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 7-10 years in manpower planning, recruitment, and compensation and benefits management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Egypt.
• Experience managing HR operations in multiple countries is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Arab National (Bilingual) Preferred
