Job Description - CRM Technical Consultant

CRM Technical Consultant (8 Years of Experience, 3 Years in Financial Services, On-Premises Implementation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of on-premises CRM system, including integrations with other financial applications.
  • Analyze and document specific business requirements, then translate them into technical specifications and solutions that align with regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Identify and implement CRM system enhancements to improve user adoption, customer experience, process efficiency, and data quality.
  • Develop and maintain CRM-related technical documentation, including user guides, administration manuals, and system architecture diagrams specific to the Customer’s on-premises CRM implementation
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRM trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and share insights with the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, compliance officers, and IT personnel, to ensure successful CRM initiatives within the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as a CRM Technical Consultant or CRM System Administrator, with at least 3 years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Proven expertise in the configuration, customization, and administration of on-premises Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM system architecture, data models, and integration methods.
  • Proficient in SQL, APIs, and data integration tools.
  • Experience in leading CRM implementation projects and managing cross-functional teams in the financial services industry
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest CRM trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the financial services sector.
  • Experience with workflow automation, reporting, and business intelligence tools in the context of financial services’ CRM systems
  • Knowledge of cloud-based CRM solutions and SaaS deployment models in the financial services sector
