Job Summary:
The CRM Specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing departments to identify customer support problems and in turn find solution to serve our customers better.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing department and analyze customer data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to improve customer relationships and drive sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention using the CRM system.
- Act as a point-of-resource to other departments in the company relating to customers and the CRM software.
- Create and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards within the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with various departments (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure the CRM system meets their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM trends and technologies.
- Grant user access to the CRM system.
- Make sure the CRM’s data is accurate and reliable.
- Conduct user workshops.
- Begin CRM initiative by implementing organization standards, policies, and procedures.
- Stay on top of relevant statistics, including customer retention rate and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification includes a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, marketing or a related field.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience with CRM software.
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign would be a plus.
