Role Overview:

We're in search of a seasoned Digital Marketing leader to spearhead our global digital marketing endeavors, boasting a track record of successfully attaining digital marketing objectives. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in e-commerce settings.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in B2C digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership in digital marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated creativity in identifying target demographics and devising digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adsense.
  • Experience in setting up and refining Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of digital transformation's potential as a growth catalyst.
  • Change management expertise.
  • Ability to implement best practices in web and mobile analytics.

Responsibilities:


  • Strategize and execute digital marketing initiatives encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database utilization, email outreach, social media engagement, and display advertising endeavors.
  • Cultivate and uphold the brand's social media presence through meticulous design and maintenance.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify emerging trends and insights, optimizing expenditure and performance accordingly.
  • Foster innovative growth strategies through collaborative brainstorming sessions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to construct and refine landing pages, enhancing user experience.
  • Implement conversion tracking mechanisms and refine user funnels.
  • Oversee the digital marketing roadmap and associated project plans, encompassing budget allocations, agency collaborations, and pivotal campaigns.
  • Provide strategic digital marketing guidance and support for incubation initiatives as required.
  • Proficiency in digital asset optimization and health score reporting, suggesting enhancements to boost asset performance.
  • Uphold digital asset best practices for optimal performance and analytics.
  • Contribute to the creation, monitoring, and analysis of experiments, refining branding and customer experience with meticulous attention to detail.
