Under the direct supervision of the Reception Manager, primarily the greeter directs and greets the patients and visitors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Accompanying patients to the clinic reception
- Accompanying patients to the concerned doctor
- Greet all patients according to the customer service standards of excellence and collectpatient’s demographic and billing information
- Assure necessary documents in the charts and referral if needed
- Attends and participates in development programs
- Participates in workshops and programs
- Cross train to other positions as directed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements: Education and Experience - Bachelor Degree in any course
- 2 to 4 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Language/Literacy - High proficiency in Arabic and English Languages
- Computer Skills
Skills Needed - Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Proficient standard office equipment skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient knowledge to prepare future plans.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Available to work shifts.
