HAVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER

مهندس تركيبات ذو خبرة في مجال تركيبات التكييف المركزي و اداره فريق العمل بخبره ١٥ سنه و ما فوق

المهام الوضيفية:

١- القيام باستلام العقود من الاداره الهندسية و الاتصال على العميل و المكتب الهندسي لاعتماد المخططات النهائية

٢- التواصل مع العميل في جميع مراحل التنفيذ و التواصل مع الادارات المختصه بالشركة للمشتريات و التحصيل و غيرها

٣- متابعه سير العمل و الحرص على جوده العمل بزيارات ميدانيه

٤- عمل جدول زمني لكل المشاريع و الحرص على التنفيذ في الوقت المحدد

٥- العمل على اداره فريق التركيبات من فنيين و مراقبين

٦- التسلييم النهـائي للمشروع لاداره الصيانه للتشغيل.

Maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability

Hire and train the best technicians in the industry

Inspire installers to succeed by completing their jobs on time, on budget, and correctly.

Work with Outside Sales Reps. to make sure that jobs are designed, ordered, and staged properly

Leave the client with a great feeling about their installation

Work with the Sales Manager, Service Manager, and all department managers effectively

Conduct regular training both technical and customer service skills with the installers

Ensure installers are completing the install properly including technical competency, paperwork, post install checklist, reviewing photo guide lines, etc.

Visit job sites to put your personal stamp of approval on the completed installation

Use the onsite visits to collect topics for training and continual improvement

Know who your best technicians are and support team members to bring everyone up to the same level
