Job Description - HR Trainee - Kuwaiti National

Are you a recent graduate passionate about human resources and want to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? As a Graduate HR Trainee at Kuwait Steel, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in HR. This unique opportunity is tailored for Kuwaiti nationals eager to contribute to our organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured HR training program covering various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, compensation & benefits and operations.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including documentation and record keeping.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Kuwaiti Nationality is a mandatory requirement.
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Enthusiasm for a career in HR with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to work as part of a team and contribute to the organisation's success.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus but not required.
