Junior Technical Service Manager

Our Client is a global manufacturer of building solution products, key in the construction industry:

Based in Kuwait, job scope & responsibilities for the role include:

• Leading the Technical Service & Operations Management
• Leading the field service function, through product installation, repair & maintenance, spare parts sales
• Providing technical training for the small team
• Leading the customer service team ensuring excellent service at all times and as per the company's global service standards
• Warranty management
• Establishing relationships with external service providers

Candidate Requirements:

• Engineering degree qualifications, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, a must
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of technical service management experience within the building solutions industry or automobile/HVAC industry within the UAE
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical training & customer service focus is key
• Proficiency in SAP is desirable
