Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Line Cook at Aqua Sushi. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of sushi dishes, ensuring the quality and presentation of the food. You will adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. This is an on-site role located in Kuwait City.

Qualifications

• Experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation
• Knowledge of different sushi techniques and ingredients
• Ability to handle and work with sharp knives and other kitchen equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
