We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with a prominent Real Estate lending platform, currently seeking a Vice President (VP).

The position is located in London, reporting to the Head of European Real Estate, and entails the following responsibilities:

ROLE:

• Leading real estate portfolio analytics essential for semi-annual and annual strategy reviews of the European RE portfolio, including related data maintenance, analysis, and oversight
• Coordinating portfolio-level data collection from investment teams and operating partners throughout the European RE portfolio
• Reviewing/preparing documentation for adherence to internal investment procedures, administrative protocols, and compliance policies
• Primary point of contact for the Real Estate investment team concerning portfolio-level analytics
• Managing research and market updates from third-party research providers and assisting with market analytics for real estate strategy documents and sector insights

Requirements

• Experience in investment management and reporting within Europe
• Knowledge of real estate, encompassing direct, indirect, and debt transactions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to adapt to new tools
• Adept at handling substantial amounts of data and analytics
• University degree in a relevant field (business, accounting, property, or similar)
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, detail-oriented, with the capacity to work autonomously and oversee workstreams
