Roles & Responsibilities

• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and professional standards of nursing practice.
• Cultural Competence: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in providing patient care, considering the diverse backgrounds of patients.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in nursing practice and maintain licensure requirements.

Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

Licensure: Current and valid nursing license in the country of origin.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of clinical nursing experience.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications are a plus.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Adaptability: Willingness and commitment to relocate to the USA.
