The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the sales team to complete daily work, including customer relationship maintenance, order processing and sales data analysis.
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information and after-sales support.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and market analysis, and support the formulation and implementation of sales strategies.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
• Responsible for managing and updating customer databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

The Profile

• Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management or related majors are preferred.
• Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to maintain good relationships with customers and team members.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) office software.
• Have strong learning and adaptability, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Those with relevant industry work experience are preferred.
