Job Title: Senior Products Sales Specialist - Surgery GI

Job Description Summary
As a Customer-Facing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to secure new business opportunities. You will operate with a degree of autonomy while adhering to established sales practices and procedures. We encourage a diverse pool of candidates to consider this opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Within an area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.
· Developing in-depth knowledge of sales product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL), surgeons, healthcare professionals, internal team members, and new customers.
· Serve as a subject matter expert for the Surgery GI division, staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
· In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
· Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
· Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
· A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Required Qualifications
· Background in the medical field.
· 3+ years of medical or hospital or Capital Sales Experience; face-to-face sales experience in the Kuwait market, specifically in surgical or gastrointestinal products (equipment’s & devices).
· Past experience selling products from Boston Scientific, Olympus, or Cooks.
· Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers.
· Licenses: Must have a valid driver's license.
· Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Arabic.
