Senior accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant Department: Finance Department Reporting to: Finance Manager Company Name: One XYZ company Location: Kuwait We are seeking a meticulous senior accountant to oversee accounting tasks within our company. Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting functions and programs.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports.
• Forecast revenue and expenditure.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Aid in annual audit preparations.
• Investigate and resolve audit findings and discrepancies.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and procedures.
• Support junior staff with accounting tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of tax laws and VAT.
• Strong financial analysis abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and stress management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.
• Capable of working independently.
