Job Description - Senior Operator

  • Having full operating skills forthe specified production lines (SIDEL / KRONES / BARDI / TETRAPAK)
  • Receiving the raw material and feed itinto the machine.
  • Get the accurate and rightparameters setting for the machine.
  • Making allthe basic alignments, set-up, and adjustments for all machineparts.
  • Execute the changeover of the machine(If applicable).
  • Execute all greasing andlubricating process for the machine.
  • Minimizingthe production waste.
  • Fully comply with Health& Safety / Food Safetyrequirements.
  • Keep the production Log / Reportupdated with all machine activities andcounters.
  • Report any violation related toproduction immediately to the shiftSupervisor.
  • Achieve the productiontargets.
  • Participate in the maintenanceactivities (Preventive Maintenance, Annual Overhauls &Breakdowns).
  • Investigate breakdowns and preparerelevant reports.
  • Deliver technical andoperation training to 2 other operators at least on the assignedmachine in order to cover him during hisabsence.
