Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the low voltage sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the low voltage or electrical industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of low voltage products and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Kuwait Driving License
Fluency in English and Arabic
