Senior Technical Service Engineer, Kuwait

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Liner Hanger systems and Multi-Stage Frac Lower Completions, with a strong track record of technical excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expertise in the installation and operation of Liner Hanger systems and Multi-Stage Fracturing Lower Completions.
• Design, simulate T& D, Tubemove Analysis and execute completion plans while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize well performance and troubleshoot complex downhole scenarios for well completions.
• Provide technical expertise and support during drilling and completion phases
• Manage inventory and maintenance.
• Prepare installation procedures, follow lessons learned, keep running records and databases.
• Prepare end of service report EOWR
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements in the field and implement best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on Liner Hanger and Multi-Stage Frac Lower Completions.
• Proven ability to manage projects and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
