Assist the L&D Manager in designing/preparing training modules and employee development programs.
Develop store manager capability to deliver training programs. (Produce an IDP Individual Development Plan to improve individual performance and simultaneously build their ability to move from their existing position to another level).
Participate in performance reviews, ongoing coaching, and mentoring of store managers to develop high skills. (Reviews and analyze PPU Periodic Performance Update of Managers and Supervisors, and based on results, IDP will be created, and One-on-One Coaching will be executed to get their commitments for improvement of their performance and existing skills)
Responds to various requests from store staff, operations management staff, and departments regarding training and development.
Takes every opportunity to assist in monitoring/ supporting implementation standards and participates in operations/ function management field coaching or briefings for learning purposes. (Participates in Menu Development Program set by Project Management to review all amendments of existing Recipes and introduce new recipes for Standards Implementation in the Restaurant, both specifications and procedures)
Undertakes structured post-course follow-up to evaluate effectiveness and transfer of learning into employees' performance. Gives feedback to course participants, operations, functions management, and the L&D Manager. Provides information to the L&D Manager to generate qualitative reports on the training function.
