• The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving store revenue targets and increasing profitability.
• To drive passion and innovation throughout the store and sales team in order to create a unique shopping experience capturing the spirit of the brand.
• Constantly training and developing staff to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all customers.
• Define and implement plans to achieve targets and constantly monitor store KPI's.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by resolving concerns and complains.
• Approve discounts as per policies.
• Implement visual marketing as per guidelines.
• Actively participate in community events in order to promote the store and generate new customers.
• Efficiently manage store stock rotation and ordering.
• Actively ensure store security by following company processes and procedures.
• Excellent selling skills and strong product knowledge, specifically in Watches and Jewellery.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• 4/6 years in a similar role within luxury retail.
