Job Description - Technical Support Representative

  • Experience Level: Entry-Level (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve network issues, ensuring a robust production environment.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting mechanisms and adhere to escalation processes.
  • Administer service requests and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive assistance in ticket management and reporting.
  • Support customers during the installation and deployment of LEAN services.
  • Ensure all support cases are monitored, resolved timely, and followed up consistently.
  • Document client issues clearly and collaborate with technical teams for solutions.
  • Communicate effectively across engineering, sales, and support teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Networking, VMware.
