Senior MIS Analyst

Job Description

·Supporting the implementation of pay and benefits programs, policies and process in line with strategy.

·Support with Monitoring the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend modifications to manage cost and improve delivery.

·Support and Carry out regular competitive analysis through formal and informal networks.

·Conduct any requested data and financial analysis and creation of modules for any set objective to support data driven decision-making.

·Assist in the implementation of related framework and/or systems to support the growth of the bank and delivery of Retail strategies.

·Offer suggestions and direction from analysis to help guide organization decision-makers

·Use data mining tools to collect data for further research and analysis and creation of financial modules.

·Perform industry research using publically available data sources.
