Senior Officer - Retail Performance Management - Retail Banking Division (Kuwaiti Nationals Only)
Job Description
· Supporting the implementation of pay and benefits programs, policies and process in line with strategy.
· Support with Monitoring the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend modifications to manage cost and improve delivery.
· Support and Carry out regular competitive analysis through formal and informal networks.
· Conduct any requested data and financial analysis and creation of modules for any set objective to support data driven decision-making.
· Assist in the implementation of related framework and/or systems to support the growth of the bank and delivery of Retail strategies.
· Offer suggestions and direction from analysis to help guide organization decision-makers
· Use data mining tools to collect data for further research and analysis and creation of financial modules.
· Perform industry research using publically available data sources.
