• Generate sales invoice / Billing statement in a timely manner
• Verify billing information such as progress billing report / timesheets and other documents prior to invoicing
• Process invoice adjustments – credit note, debit note, invoice correction or cancellation
• Review invoices for transmittal to ensure completeness of required supporting documents
• Prepare invoice transmittal for client’s review and validation
• Monitor, log and file duly acknowledge transmittal
• Review data and generate draft debtor invoices for circulation and approval and then finalise invoicing
• Maintain the accounts receivable ledger and files for key clients / projects
• Produce regular (weekly) reports of aged debtors
