Sales Manager - Food Packaging - NUVAC INTERNATIONAL...

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work for our trading company in Kuwait.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
• Setting sales goals
• Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Defining and executing territory sales plans
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Generate new sales opportunities through outdoor sales, networking & social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and close deals by placing an order and following up on client payments

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must know Microsoft Office
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiating, and analytical skills
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or outdoor sales in marketing the following products in Kuwait for 3 to 4 years (Products: Paper & plastic cups, bowls, boxes, cutlery sets, tissues, food wraps), etc.
• A client list that includes hotels, traders, suppliers, etc. is required
• A Kuwait driving license is mandatory
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD450.000 - KD500.000 per month
