Cost Estimatiion Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Have extensive experience in a similar role ideally within a construction industry
2. Develop proficiency in the use of the Company estimating systems and processes
3. Preparing order-of-magnitude, conceptual, feasibility, pre-design, budget, value engineering, control, definitive, and final Engineer’s estimates major change order estimates for ongoing construction of facility structures and transit operating system elements
4. Have the ability to do complete estimates on sections of larger projects and full estimates on smaller to mid-size projects
5. Ensure the efficient operation of all systems in accordance with the Business Management System (BMS)
