Job Description

  • As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all project-related documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant team members.
  • Additionally, you may be required to generate regular reports, maintain comprehensive document logs, and assist in transitioning to electronic document management systems to enhance overall efficiency and document security.
  • You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing incoming documents, confirming their adherence to established standards, formatting requirements, and completeness, while also meticulously tracking changes and revisions.
  • Your collaborative efforts with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders will be instrumental in creating and maintaining document control procedures, encompassing version control, naming conventions, and file storage protocols.
  • You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and enforce document control procedures, which will cover aspects such as version control, naming conventions, and file storage protocols.
  • Document Controllers contribute significantly to the facilitation of seamless communication and data sharing within project teams, in addition to their role in ensuring document compliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
