Job Description

• Collaborating with the culinary team, you will be involved in creating and updating menus, ensuring they align with current trends and meet the expectations of the clientele.
• You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for supplies, and establishing strong vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and superior quality products.
• Foster direct engagement with guests as the Food and Beverage Manager, actively seeking feedback and swiftly resolving any issues to elevate the dining experience and build strong customer rapport.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and revise menus, ensuring they resonate with the current trends and cater to the diverse tastes of the guests.
• As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will work hand in hand with the culinary team to curate and refresh menus, capturing the latest trends and meeting guest expectations.
• Team up with the kitchen staff to create and modify menus, constantly adapting to evolving trends and meeting the varying demands of the guests.
• Foster close collaboration with the culinary team to innovate and refine menus, staying ahead of trends and delivering delightful dining experiences to patrons.

Skills

• Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest dining experiences and increase revenue.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, coupled with a background of at least 3 years in food and beverage management.
