We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our innovative squads, focused on developing and optimizing Unix automation for large-scale infrastructure management. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions for tasks such as patching, reboots, and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Ansible, Python, Bash, and related tools.

• Enhance existing Unix automation processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows for deployment, configuration, and monitoring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, sysadmins, developers) in an agile environment.

• Maintain thorough documentation of code, scripts, and technical processes.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the squad.

• 5–7 years of experience as a developer with strong Linux/Unix system administration expertise.

• Proficiency in Ansible, Red Hat Satellite, EfficientIP, Python, and Bash.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices; experience with GitLab, AAP (Ansible Tower), and CFEngine.

• Knowledge of Perl, Kickstart, Podman, or HAProxy is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Requirements: Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
