YOUR TASKS:

• You will support and design our IT landscape in terms ofhardware, standard software and our network, with a focus oninfrastructure, services on-premise and in the cloud.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring IT security interms of data, operational and failure safety and forhigh-performance and stable system operation. You will createanalyses and take over monitoring.
• You willalso contribute your expertise to the procurement of services andproducts.
• You are responsible for theprovision and administration of the IT systems OS and MS software.In your role, you will also resolve errors and faults in 2nd and3rd level support.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree: Degree in computerscience or similar course of study or completed vocational trainingas an IT specialist for system integration or in another IT-relatedapprenticeship.
• Professional experience:Several years of relevant professional experience.
• Specialist knowledge: Ideally knowledge in one or moreof the following areas:
  • MS Windows ActiveDirectory
  • DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO
  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
  • MS Exchange Server
  • Virtualization VMwarevCenter/vSphere
  • Proxy server knowledge,hardware, blade center and SAN knowledge
  • Network and monitoring knowledge
• Personal: High level of technicalunderstanding, discretion, pronounced service orientation,structured, analytical and solution-oriented thinking,team-oriented way of working and fluency in German.
