3PL Commercial Supply Chain Specialist (6months Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Role:

In our Luxembourg HQ, you will join Industrial & Supply as a 3PL Commercial SC Specialist on a fix term contract. Your mission is to shape smooth, safe and accurate warehousing and distribution for the Travel Market Business Unit, working with our third party logistics (3PL) partner. You will connect stock truth (systems and reality), support customer service, and craft reliable flows that protect quality, cost, and service—so your impact is visible every day.

Main Responsibilities:

You will act as the daily link between Ferrero and the 3PL partner, coordinating transport and warehousing solutions that improve customer service while controlling costs. You will translate commercial needs into clear operational actions, align priorities with supply planning and customer service, and keep deliveries flowing from receiving to dispatch.

Moreover, you will manage the foundations that make execution work: material master data, customs requirements, and warehouse administration such as waybills, delivery notes, and invoices. You will resolve issues fast, keep documentation clean, and generate productivity and performance reports that help your partners decide, adjust, and improve.

Finally, you will secure stock accuracy by aligning SAP (our ERP) with physical inventory, using EDI (electronic data interchange) messages to correct inbound and outbound movements. You will plan and run cycle counts and annual inventories, analyse adjustments and destruction trends, and ensure audits and SOPs (standard operating procedures) match Ferrero guidelines—while organising dedicated shipments for fairs and special requests.

About You:

You bring at least 1 year of experience in supply chain, such as transportation, commercial supply chain, or warehouse operations, and you can translate operational facts into clear decisions and actions.

You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and you use SAP confidently (ECC/BI knowledge supports you). You can map processes, understand interdependencies, and solve problems with accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

You communicate clearly in English and you build practical collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines. You can also use Dutch in day to day exchanges when it helps you move work forward and grow results.
