WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Posting of supplier invoices


• Processing of payments


• Posting of bank transactions


• Recording of petty cash transactions


• Reconciliation of supplier accounts


• Other general accounting and administrative office tasks

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

• You have a certified business education and at least 1 years of experience in financial accounting


• You have an independent and responsible working method


• You have flexibility and ability to work in a team


• You are confident with the Microsoft Office products, experience with Bob50 is an advantage


• You are fluent in German and have a basic/good knowledge of English. Other languages are considered as a plus

WAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

• Verbuchung von Lieferantenrechnungen


• Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs


• Verbuchung der Bankkonten


• Verbuchung der Kasse


• Abstimmung der Lieferantenkonten


• Sonstige allgemeine Buchhaltungs- und Verwaltungsarbeiten

WAS SIND DIE ANFORDERUNGEN

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung


• Sie arbeiten selbständig und eigenverantwortlich


• Sie sind flexibel und teamfähig


• Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office, Erfahrung mit Bob50 ist von Vorteil


• Sie haben solide Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Grund-/Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch. Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
