Agentic Engineer Technical Evangelist

We are looking for an Agentic Engineer — a technical evangelist capable of transforming development practices through the integration of intelligent agents within our product teams.

Mission

You will join product teams as a technical expert to drive and support the adoption of AI-agent-based development practices. You will design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions leveraging the capabilities of intelligent agents, demonstrating by example the added value of these technologies in development cycles.

You will act as a catalyst for change by evangelizing best practices among developers, whether they are enthusiasts or sceptics. You will lead knowledge-sharing sessions, deliver technical demonstrations, and support teams in building their skills in multi-agent architectures and their integration into development workflows.

You will establish standards and guidelines for the use of AI agents in software development, identify relevant use cases, and measure the impact on productivity and deliverable quality. You will proactively propose improvements to technical practices and actively contribute to the transformation of working methods.

Technical environment

Must have

• Proven expertise in software development (architecture, design patterns, clean code)

• Hands-on experience developing with AI agents (Claude, GPT, or equivalents)

• Mastery of multi-agent architectures and related frameworks

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly

• Experience in change management and technical evangelism

• Ability to convince and bring on board a wide range of profiles (enthusiasts and sceptics)

• Autonomy, proactivity, and technical leadership

• Fluency in English and French

Nice to have

• Specific experience with Claude (Anthropic) and its API

• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen platforms

• Experience in advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuning

• Background in data science or machine learning

• Open-source contributions or technical publications on AI

• Experience leading technical communities

• Certification or training in generative artificial intelligence
