AI Team Lead

• Minimum level of experience: a mix of resources with relevant level of experience including AI experts with at least 7 years of experience.
• Ability to define AI strategies aligned with organisational goals, knowledge of AI Target Operating Models and integration into business processes.
• Proven experience in stakeholders coordination and collaboration with institutional or public-sector counterparts, preferably within EU or international organisations. 
• Ability to align identified training offering with strategic objetives. 
• Skills in mapping current processes and designing future-state operating models, familiarity with frameworks for prioristising use cases. 
• Expertise in structuring workshops for leadership alignment and use case identification and prioritisation.
• Competence in conducting strategic watch an geopolitical analysis for AI trends, experience in mapping AI companies and econsystems, especiallly within the EU. 
• Familiarity with professional training and capacity - building frameworks, particularly in the context of digital or AI - related skills. 
• Identify, asses, and catalogue trianing programmes, including analysis of content relevance, target auudencies, and leaning formats tailoresd to different roles; familiarity with e-leaning platform (LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft Learn, Percipio).
• Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into concise, visual delilverables. 
• Strong planning and coordination skills for multi-phase dliverables, knowledge of agile or hybrid methodologies for interative strategy development.
