Assistant Lead Technician Engine Shop

Task Responsibilities

• Accomplish installation and removal of engine components on RR RB211, GEnx and GE CF-6 engines
• Maintain and operate shop tooling/ equipment according to his/her approval and training received on same.
• Initiate ordering of parts and supplies
• Provide verbal/ written hand over to team members and superiors

• To perform and inspect work on aircraft engines and aircraft engine components in accordance with approved documentation

   

Essential Requirements

• Minimum: CATP/ DAP or equivalent
• Minimum five years' experience in engine maintenance
• Good understanding of schematics. drawings, manuals, and working procedures
• Mature attitude, ability to work independently
• Good computer knowledge: MS Office

• English written and spoken

   

Working Conditions

• full time position, based in Luxembourg
• regular and full-time presence required, vacations and other absences to be planned respecting shop needs
• occasionally may be asked to work outside his normal working schedule, but still within Luxembourg law and collective work agreement regulations.
• occasional travel may be required and remunerated in accordance with collective work agreement
