For immediate employment, we are looking for an ATP Account Marketing Specialist based at our International Headquarter in Schengen, Luxembourg.
You will be fully responsible for managing the ATP sponsorship, but you will also support the sports marketing team by working with other high-performance sports.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong relationships from our IHQ Headquarter together with possible consultants or as a direct contact primarily with ATP players, or in general with tennis players, coaches, physiotherapists, and consultants.
- Act as the primary Office point of contact for player agencies, consultants on tour, and players themselves regarding FitLine products and promotional
- Organize tailored product kits and personalized communications for players during tournaments.
- Support in creating player meet-and-greet sessions and product demonstrations at ATP and tennis events.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Plan, implement, and drive marketing campaigns tied to the ATP Tour collaboration to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns featuring tennis players, coaches, and event activations.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, optimizing strategies for future
- Leverage ATP collaboration to enhance storytelling and build a strong narrative around FitLine’s partnership with the tennis world.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Oversee and support FitLine’s presence at ATP and tennis tournaments, including coordinating the setup of stands and booths.
- Coordinate event logistics such as product displays, staffing, and marketing material distribution.
- Collaborate with event organizers to maximize brand visibility and
PRODUCT SUPPLY AND LOGISTICS
- Ensure timely delivery of FitLine products at ATP Players and
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for events and player
- Coordinate product access for players before, during, and after
MARKETING AND EDUCATION
- Develop and distribute educational and promotional materials (brochures, banners, and giveaways) for ATP players and staff.
- Organize product training sessions with consultants at booths and other relevant locations to increase understanding and usage of FitLine products.
- Support the creation of content, such as testimonials and promotional videos, featuring players and coaches.
STRATEGIC COLLABORATION
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align ATP Tour partnership efforts with PM International’s broader goals.
- Foster collaborations with top and former ATP players for endorsements and
- Together with the Consultants to explore sponsorship opportunities with player agencies and maintain relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
BUDGET AND CONSULTANT HONORARIUM MANAGEMENT
- Develop and manage budgets related to tennis sponsorships, consultant engagements, and marketing activations.
- Oversee consultant honorariums, ensuring fair compensation aligned with contribution levels and contractual agreements.
- Monitor financial allocations to maximize return on investment while maintaining strong partnerships with ATP players, coaches, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies while optimizing cost efficiency in tennis-related marketing activities.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in the sports industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building
- Strong organizational and project management
- Interested in inventory management, event logistics, and campaign
- Experience in managing budgets and payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
- Results-oriented and proactive
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a
- The position is primarily at the headquarters, with limited travel to key
- Experience working with consultants is a plus, as consultants will support the tour to enhance relationships with players and coaches.
- Experience or knowledge about the tennis ecosystem is a plus
