Job Description & Summary

Meet your future team

Join our Audit practice and play a key role in serving Industry and Services (I&S) clients. You will work closely with engagement teams and specialists across PwC to deliver coordinated, high-quality audit services and build trusted client relationships.

What your role will look like

In this role, you will combine technical excellence, effective team leadership, and strong client relationship management to deliver high-quality audit outcomes and create lasting value for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, setting clear priorities and maintaining quality across each stage.

  • Act as the lead coordinator on group audits, overseeing planning, execution, and reporting across multiple components and jurisdictions.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring effective delivery, adherence to timelines, and clear communication across engagement teams.

  • Apply your strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS Accounting Standards to assess complex accounting and audit matters and support well-founded audit conclusions.

  • Build trusted client relationships by understanding stakeholder needs, communicating effectively, and consistently delivering on commitments.

  • Lead, coach and develop team members through ongoing guidance, constructive feedback, and the communication of clear expectations and development goals .

  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships and contributing to proposals and market activities.

Your growth and opportunities

Deepen your technical expertise by leading diverse audit engagements across I&S sector. Broaden your leadership experience through client portfolio management, team coaching, and exposure to a broad range of stakeholders, while benefiting from support for professional qualifications and opportunities for internal and international mobility.

The skills you bring

  • At least five years of audit experience in an international audit firm including relevant exposure to operational, commercial or public sector organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA), with the ability to lead audit engagements, assess complex audit matters, and provide technical guidance to engagement teams.

  • Knowledge of PCAOB auditing standards would be beneficial, particularly in the context of group audits and SEC reporting environments but is not a mandatory requirement.

  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards and Lux GAAP, with practical experience in the independent application of these accounting frameworks, including the assessment, review, and resolution of complex accounting matters.

  • Knowledge of US GAAP would be considered an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement.

  • Relevant experience in group audits with consolidation requirements, including the review of consolidation processes and coordination of component auditors, would be considered an advantage.

  • Fluent in English and either French or Spanish.

Ways of working

  • You apply critical thinking to complex issues, anticipate risks and coach others to reach sound, independent judgments.

  • You build strong teams, set clear expectations and address tensions proactively to sustain high-quality delivery.

  • You own client relationships, lead delivery teams and create value through consistent service excellence.

  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation
