The Manpower Permanent Placement agency is recruiting for one of its clients, a financial institution, a Back Office Administrator FR/GB (m,f,x) Fixed Term Contract, to support the department. We are looking for dedicated people interested in a very versatile position.
Status: Fixed-term contract 1 year to start
Yours tasks:
Create securities master file and update it
Introduce trades
Introduce Free of Payment Transfers
Follow-up the settlement
Follow-up with the counterparties and with the internal clients
Cash activity (Cash flow, credit cards, funding control, )
Securities and Cash Reconciliation
Prepare Reportings related to both activities (EMIR, MIFIR, )
Management of Corporate Actions
Your profile:
Bachelors degree related to the area of expertise or a relevant experience of 3 years min.
Understanding of financial products (forex, securities, etc.)
Fluent in English and French, Portuguese is an advantage
Analytical, synthetic mind-set and problem-solving skills
Proactively proposes alternatives to improve the process optimization.
Rigor and organization, ePriority management, sense of discretion and confidentiality
Self-motivation, team player with the high level of integrity and self-discipline
Good knowledge of computer-based tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Good communication skills (oral and writing)
